What is SB 118?
Under current legislation in Georgia, coverage for the cost of the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder and delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy is only required for children up to six years of age who are covered by a health or accident plan or policy. SB 118 raises the age limit coverage up to 21 years old.
